Standard scope — full-block condo repaint.

Condo repainting is typically scheduled every 5–7 years by the MCST council. A full building repainting scope covers every external elevation, common-area corridor, stairwell, lift lobby and car park — plus metalwork, signage and ancillary structures. Facade painting for high-rise blocks is delivered by gondola or rope access; low-rise blocks use scaffold. We provide a tender-ready package that includes the programme, method statement, paint system specification, MOM and BCA submissions and a resident communication plan — everything the managing agent needs to take to council for approval. For condominiums with a condo exterior repaint cycle due, we provide a free pre-tender defect survey that covers every elevation, common area and ancillary structure. The survey output includes a photographic record, a defect map, indicative budget banding and a recommended scope — ready for the council circular.

Scaffold

For low-rise blocks up to 5 storeys. Safest for heavy prep scopes; faster on tall narrow elevations.

Gondola (suspended platform)

Gondola painting is our standard access method for high-rise blocks above 8 storeys with suitable parapet anchors. Cost-efficient for tall flat façades. Fully MOM-compliant with anchor certification.

Rope access (IRATA)

For spot repairs, façade returns and elevations where neither scaffold nor gondola can reach. See rope access painting.

Yes — public liability, work injury compensation, and contractors' all-risks policies. Certificates of insurance and bizSAFE certification provided with the tender submission.
What's the typical lifespan of a full-block repaint?+
5–7 years with a weathershield system; closer to 7 with elastomeric and full upstand re-detailing. North-facing elevations need closer monitoring for biofilm.
Can you do the works in stages so residents aren't disrupted?+
Yes — elevation-by-elevation or block-by-block phasing is standard. Programmed to keep at least one main entry and refuse run clear at all times.
