Pressure-wash first

Every external repaint starts with high-pressure wash to remove chalking, biofilm and old loose paint.

Crack & render repair

Hairline cracks routed and sealed; hollow render hacked and replastered. Paint over a crack is paint over a future leak.

Anti-fungal & anti-algae treatment

Standard step on Singapore exteriors. Skipping it is why north-facing walls go green within a year.

Primer matched to substrate

Alkali-resistant primer on fresh cement, stain-blocking primer on water-marked plaster, bonding primer on glossy old paint.

Two top coats minimum

Wet-film thickness checked. One-coat finishes are a false economy — UV cuts service life in half.

Up to 7 years on premium weathershield systems. Signed certificate at handover.

Premium product alone doesn't make a paint job last. The system — primer, intermediate, topcoat — and the application technique do.

  • Dulux Weathershield — silicone-fortified exterior emulsion with proven Singapore service life.
  • Elastomeric high-build — crack-bridging coating for façades with active hairline movement.
  • Epoxy floor & wall systems — for industrial, warehouse and clean-room environments.
  • Nippon Odour-less / VOC-low interior — premium interior emulsion for occupied units.
  • Anti-corrosive metal systems — zinc-rich primer + polyurethane topcoat for metal railings, gates and structural steel.

Common questions before we visit.

How often should a Singapore building be repainted?+
Exterior every 5–7 years; interior every 4–6. North and west-facing elevations take more UV and may need an earlier refresh.
Do you provide colour consultation?+
Yes — sample patches on the actual wall, viewed at different times of day. Free as part of the site visit.
Can you bundle painting with waterproofing or repair?+
Yes — and we recommend it. Doing repair, waterproofing and paint as one contract avoids trade conflicts and gives you one warranty.
